Welcome to the City of Antwerp’s E-counter, our repository of forms. Click the key word for the form you are looking for in the alphabetical list to open a page with detailed information about the topic and a link to the form itself. Click the name of the form on the right under the E-counter title to open the form on screen.
Some forms can be filled out and sent online. Other forms are available in PDF format, which you should print and complete by hand.
