Fee regulations and user regulations apply to the provision of nautical services and for making equipment available to third parties.

Fee and user regulations 2026-2031

  • Fee regulations 2026-2031: the city of Antwerp collects fees for services provided that are provided to third parties on a consensual basis or are carried out ex officio for the sake of public peace and safety in the City Port area.
  • The User regulations 2026-2031 define the conditions and charges for:
    • the consensual use of nautical services
    • the use of materials provided by the city of Antwerp
