Ship supplies

Info on the provision of supplies to passenger and commercial vessels in the City Port.

Providing supplies to ships moored in the Antwerp City Port

  • Supplies can be delivered to moored vessels at all quays intended for passenger ships and commercial vessels.
  • Not all quays are suitable for large or heavy vehicles; some quays are not accessible to vehicles over 3.5 tons.
  • Also keep in mind that a number of quays are located in bicycle and pedestrian zones.
  • The historic quays in the City Port area are subject to a weight limitation!
  • Are you going to use a crane to avoid subsidence or stability problems in the quay walls, you must apply for a permit in all cases. How? Send an e-mail to the City Development Department: herstellingopenbareruimte@antwerpen.be

Suppliers in the City Port area must avoid causing noise nuisance to local residents during the night-time. Deliveries must therefore be made between 06.00 and 22.00 hours.
